  • The Role:This role is for a senior ML and AI engineer building enterprise AI agents and production AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry.
  • The Person:The person will implement machine learning models into production, design and deliver GenAI solutions, build AI and MLOps or LLMOps frameworks, and create technical documentation for internal and external clients.
  • Requirements:The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry, with hands-on experience in building enterprise AI agents and working with Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, Microsoft Teams, Azure AI Search and Azure OpenAI.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Working with Data Science teams to implement Machine Learning models into production 
  • Design, delivery GenAI solutions  
  • Practical and innovative implementations of LLM/ML/AI automation, for scale and efficiency 
  • Design, delivery and management of industrialized processing pipelines 
  • Defining and implementing best practices in ML models life cycle and ML operations/LLM operations 
  • Implementing AI /MLOps/LLMOps frameworks and supporting Data Science teams in best practices 
  • Gathering and applying knowledge on modern techniques, tools and frameworks in the area of ML Architecture and Operations 
  • Gathering technical requirements & estimating planned work 
  • Presenting solutions, concepts and results to internal and external clients 
  • Creating technical documentation

    What We're Looking:

  • At least 6+ years of experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio / Azure AI Foundry with hands-on experience in building enterprise AI agents.
  • Strong knowledge of Topics, triggers, variables, routing, fallback handling, Generative Answers, RAG, and knowledge grounding is required.
  • Should be comfortable integrating with Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, Microsoft Teams, Azure AI Search, and Azure OpenAI/Foundry models.
  • Experience with citations, metadata-based retrieval, multilingual handling, prompt/instruction design, and troubleshooting agent.
  • Understanding of Power Platform ALM, Azure services, security, environments, and DEV/UAT/PROD deployments would be an advantage.
