- The Role:This role is for a graduate production engineering specialist in ABB’s motors and generators division.
- The Person:The person will develop new product process technology, design production lines, prepare process documents, implement MES and automation improvements, solve on-site process issues, and support capacity and layout planning.
- Requirements:The candidate should have a bachelor degree in mechanical or related engineering, good English reading and writing, fluent oral English preferred, excellent teamwork skills, and strong self-learning ability.

This position reports to:
Production Engineering Manager

Your responsibilities
- Responsible for new products process technology development, process planning and production line design, and prepare effective process documents (such as instructions, PFMEA, QCP, etc.)
- Digital Project MES implementation and the improvement of automation technology.
- Create the SOP for the production line and implementation on site.
- Prepare the tooling or equipment required for the new product within the specified time.
- Lead the solution of process quality or technical problems on site and other continuous improvement tools to improve process capability, reduce waste and improve output in the responsible area.
- Provided technical support for some other departments like front-end sales, customer complaints, supply chain and project management.
- 5S standardization and optimization of production line layout.
- Product and production line capacity planning.
- Product working hours setting and optimization.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager
Your background
- 2027 graduated with bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical or related engineering.
- Good communication skills.
- Good skill in English reading and writing, fluent oral English preferred.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- Strong self-learning ability and sharing.
