About the role

Oracle CSS is seeking a highly skilled Senior Principal Analytics Developer who will be a key technical leader in the Analytics space, working with Oracle's leading Analytics Cloud products. You will contribute to the architecture, design, and development of complex Analytics solutions, requiring strong development, technical, and communication skills. You will manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. Additionally, you will take an active role in defining and evolving standard practices and procedures within the software engineering division, leveraging your advanced technical and business skills to contribute as a leading individual and team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.

As a Senior Principal Analytics Developer,

  • You have extensive experience in designing and delivering Analytics solutions using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)
  • You have extensive experience in designing and delivering Data Integration solutions using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and OCI Data Integration (OCI DI)
  • You are an experienced software architect with a consistent track record of designing and delivering high-scale, high-impact solutions
  • You are customer-centric, always looking for opportunities how you can add-value 
  • You have excellent communication skills. You can clearly explain complex technical concepts
  • You are a focused engineer who understands the importance of high standards, never satisfied with mediocrity and constantly striving for excellence
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity in a chaotic and fluid environment
  • You are passionate about technology and are not afraid to defend your opinions or position with peers/superiors
