Puyana Plastic Surgery is looking for a creative, outgoing, and highly organized individual to join our team!
This versatile position combines social media marketing, content creation, front desk responsibilities, and patient coordination. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has an eye for aesthetics, and can balance creative projects with daily office operations.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging daily content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Capture, edit, and organize photos and videos for marketing purposes.
- Assist with website updates and digital marketing initiatives.
- Welcome patients, answer calls, and manage front desk activities.
- Schedule appointments, respond to inquiries, and assist with patient follow-ups.
- Support the Patient Coordinator with administrative tasks and patient communications.
- Help ensure an exceptional patient experience from the first interaction through follow-up.
Qualifications
- Experience in social media, marketing, customer service, or administrative support.
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Canva, CapCut, and other content creation tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking.
- Professional, friendly, reliable, and proactive.
- Experience in plastic surgery, aesthetics, or healthcare is a plus.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
