The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Someone with prior deal-side or advisory finance experience could join early and set up a company's finance operations from scratch, while also working on business operations projects alongside senior leadership. - Build financial models, dashboards and management reporting covering revenue, cash burn and unit economics.

- Manage the yearly budget cycle, continuous projections and hiring-plan modeling.

- Lead ambiguous, high-priority operations projects such as market research, vendor selection and partnership reviews.

- High urgency and a strong sense of ownership, comfortable with long hours and fast change.

Bonus points

- Experience moving into a tech or startup company after finance or consulting work.
