Join us as a Head of Digital Marketing

  • In this pivotal role, you’ll set the strategy and planning across all Private Banking and Wealth Management digital channels to drive transformational business growth

  • You’ll unite stakeholders and agency partners to deliver audience‑first, revenue‑driving programmes for Family Office, International, Business Owners and Commercial clients

  • Take ownership of digital commercial outcomes, shaping the channel ecosystem and leading change that elevates the customer experience

What you’ll do

As Head of Digital Marketing, you’ll develop and lead digital revenue programmes across Private Banking and Wealth Management segments, own digital commercial outcomes, and manage the end‑to‑end digital channel ecosystem. You’ll take charge of crafting long‑term strategies and seamless journeys supported by a robust measurement framework through OneBank.

You’ll also lead a forward‑thinking Digital Marketing team, building capability, strengthening the channel mix, and embedding a growth mindset across the function. You’ll bring external insights and thought leadership into the bank, so Digital Marketing remains future ready as the technological landscape evolves.

You’ll also focus on:

  • Leading complex digital transformation with key stakeholders to drive innovation, efficiency and unified digital customer experiences

  • Embedding Test and Learn, experimentation and continuous optimisation to improve performance and efficiency in how the team operates

  • Establishing commercial revenue and income analysis via funnel analytics, turning complex data into actionable insight and guiding informed discussions with senior stakeholders

  • Owning relevant websites and Adobe Campaign email platforms, including governance, security, mandatory fixes and team-wide training

  • Aligning closely with Marketing Technology to adopt core MarTech and the full Adobe stack, and improving performance across all digital channels

  • Managing budgets across Performance Media channels and owned platforms, securing transparency and value for money

The skills you'll need

You’ll pair deep expertise in multi‑channel digital strategy with advanced knowledge of enterprise MarTech platforms, particularly Adobe Experience Cloud across Campaign, Analytics, and AEM tagging. You’ll need a track record in large‑scale digital transformation, including cross‑bank collaboration, Agile delivery and adoption of new platforms, processes and technology. You’ll lead and develop high‑performing digital teams, building specialist capability and embedding a growth mindset shaped by Test and Learn.

You’ll also bring:

  • Expert ability to translate complex data, funnels and performance metrics into clear commercial insights and strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders

  • Strong understanding of regulatory, compliance and risk requirements across FCA, Consumer Duty, GDPR and PECR, and how they shape content, targeting and measurement

  • Experience managing strategic agency and partner relationships, guaranteeing quality delivery, budget stewardship, insight sharing and alignment to outcomes

  • Working with peers across Marketing to drive best practice across web, email, social and performance channels

  • High level stakeholder and executive influence skills, navigating competing priorities and driving a OneBank approach
