- The Role:This role leads commercial data, advanced analytics, and forecasting for a gene therapy company preparing for product launch.
- The Person:The person will build analytics and forecasting frameworks, develop patient-based and commercial forecasts, maintain dashboards and KPI tools, manage data integration and governance, and turn complex findings into recommendations for senior leaders.
- Requirements:The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline, 10+ years of experience, advanced SQL, hands-on Python, R, SAS, Alteryx, Excel, Power BI or Tableau, and working knowledge of machine learning and AI.
