Job Overview
A UK-based organisation within the mining and exploration sector is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Brand & Marketing Executive to take ownership of its public presence, brand positioning, and investor-facing communications.
This role is ideal for a marketing professional who enjoys building brand recognition from the ground up, managing PR and social media, and identifying new outreach opportunities. You will play a key role in shaping how the business is perceived by investors, partners, and the wider market, supporting long-term growth and credibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the company’s brand identity across all channels
- Plan and execute PR initiatives to increase visibility and credibility within the industry
- Manage social media platforms, ensuring consistent, professional, and engaging content
- Create and oversee marketing campaigns aligned with business and investor goals
- Support outreach initiatives to new investors, partners, and strategic opportunities
- Assist with the preparation of marketing and investor-facing materials
- Monitor brand performance, engagement, and market perception
- Work closely with leadership to align messaging with company developments and milestones
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in brand, marketing, PR, or social media roles
- Strong understanding of brand positioning and audience engagement
- Experience creating content for professional or investor-facing audiences
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Proactive, organised, and enthusiastic with a growth-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of brand initiatives
- Experience within mining, resources, or B2B sectors is advantageous but not essential
- Access to a reliable laptop and stable internet connection
