SENIOR CUSTOMER MARKETING MANAGER
This position requires a hybrid work schedule with regular in-person attendance at our Menlo Park or New York City office.

WHO YOU ARE
Snowflake is seeking a strategic, customer-obsessed Senior Manager, Customer Marketing to join our Brand Marketing organization. This role will focus on developing and executing customer marketing strategies aligned to Snowflake’s product categories, working closely with Product Marketing, Product, Sales, and GTM teams.
You are passionate about customer storytelling and thrive in ambiguity. You know how to identify the right customer voices, build trust with senior stakeholders, and translate technical outcomes into compelling narratives. You’re comfortable leading high-touch engagements with Snowflake’s most strategic customers and influencing internal teams at all levels.
This role reports to the Director of Customer Marketing and partners closely with teams across Marketing, Sales, and Product.
WHAT YOU’LL DO

Put the customer first by building trusted, long-term relationships with Snowflake’s top customers and telling their stories in ways that create mutual value

Own customer marketing initiatives aligned to key product categories, supporting priority launches, GTM motions, and strategic narratives

Execute high-touch customer marketing campaigns with Snowflake’s most strategic and visible customers, including executive-level engagements

Partner with Product Marketing, Product, Sales, Demand Generation, and Partner teams to identify strong customer champions and reference opportunities

Serve as a trusted advisor to cross-functional stakeholders on how to leverage customer stories for maximum impact

Develop and scale customer advocacy content, including case studies, videos, testimonials, webinars, blogs, event activations, and speaker engagements

Support customer storytelling needs for major events, webinars, and conferences, from sourcing speakers to speaker prep and execution

Strategically recruit, nurture, and manage customer advocates, maintaining an ongoing communication and engagement cadence

Track, analyze, and report on the performance of customer marketing campaigns and programs

Stay current on customer marketing best practices and evolving product narratives to continuously improve how we show up in market
WHAT YOU’LL HAVE

A customer-centric mindset with a strong bias toward action and ownership

Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously in a fast-moving environment

Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle and the role customer marketing plays across acquisition, expansion, and retention

Technical curiosity and comfort learning new products and use cases, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Product and Product Marketing teams

Demonstrated experience building relationships with enterprise customers, from practitioners to executive leaders

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong storytelling instincts

Highly organized, self-directed, and effective in cross-functional environments

Strong project management skills and attention to detail
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EDUCATION
-
8+ years of experience in customer marketing, product marketing, executive programs, or related B2B marketing roles

Experience running high-touch customer or executive marketing programs

Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environments

Ability to influence senior stakeholders with confidence and credibility

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

Experience with Google Suite, Salesforce, Tableau, and Wrike
