About the role
Location: Boulder, CO. Candidates must reside within commuting distance of our Boulder, CO office. Relocation assistance is not available. Only local candidates will be considered.

Build & Deliver: Take ownership of standard features within a defined scope, turning functional requirements into high-quality, reliable code.

Problem Solve: Dive into specific application modules to debug, resolve issues, and continuously optimize performance.

Mentor & Collaborate: Share your knowledge! You'll conduct meaningful peer code reviews for junior-level contributors, helping foster a culture of continuous learning.

Innovate Processes: Play an active role in shaping our automated test suites and CI/CD pipelines to keep our deployment engine fast and flawless.

Shape the Roadmap: Participate in sprint planning by providing realistic estimates for small tasks and individual work items—your voice matters in how we build.

Continuous Improvement: Champion clean code by identifying and suggesting improvements to existing code structure and readability.
What We Are Looking For

Experience: Must have 2+ years of professional experience in development, preferably in Go, C++, C, or Java.

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on professional experience).
