About the RoleÂ
SS&C Black Diamond Trust, a leading provider of Trust accounting and Managed Services, is looking for a candidate to join its Managed Services Team. The Managed Services team provides operations services to Managed Services Clients based on the determined roles and responsibilities of the Client. We provide daily, monthly, quarterly and annual operational support to the delivery of such services using the Black Diamond Trust accounting software and coordination with 3rd party providers.Â

How You Will Make an Impact  Â
- Input and maintain financial and accounting data in the Black Diamond Trust accounting software per the responsibilities defined for the Managed Service ClientÂ
- Interact on daily processes amongst the teamÂ
- Adhere to daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual procedures for processes within Managed ServicesÂ
- Ensure that financial transactions are balanced and documented according to policies and proceduresÂ
- Processing, review and oversight of cash and security activity, including trade settlement, corporate actions, cash movement and shadow postingÂ
- Meet and ensure daily deadlines are met for processing and reconciliationÂ
- Interact on operational activity with each ClientÂ
- Identify and work with client for reconciliation outagesÂ
- Research, document, and handle client reported issues, provide user support to Clients and log Clients requests for services as needed to a timely resolutionÂ
- Build, maintain, and foster positive and growing relationship with ClientsÂ
- Work closely with Client Relationship Team to understand issues and assist in resolutionÂ
- Demonstrate relentless focus on accurate and timely processing.Â
- Understand Client issues and concerns and escalate as appropriateÂ
- Build, maintain, and foster positive and growing relationships with all departments of SS&C | Black Diamond Trust, and with vendorsÂ
- Demonstrate focus on client operational needsÂ
- Communicate effectively and professionallyÂ

- Actively manage assigned work and assist with assigned work of others as neededÂ

Actual base salary will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, prior experience, education, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
Colorado: The expected base salary for the position is between 60,000 USD to 75,000 USD.

In addition, employees in this role may be eligible for consideration on an annual basis for a discretionary bonus and/or equity awards, such as restricted stock units or stock options, based upon individual and business performance at the company’s discretion.
