- The Role:This role is for a UX Researcher supporting a Defense Aviation software platform used by federal customers.
- The Person:The person will conduct qualitative and quantitative UX research, synthesize findings into insights, create personas and journey maps, build prototype concepts and wireframes, and support usability testing and design handoffs.
- Requirements:The ideal candidate has 3+ years of professional UX research, human factors, or applied product research experience, plus strong command of interviews, usability testing, research synthesis, and Figma or similar prototyping tools.
