As an Engineering Manager at Privy, you will lead, grow, and shape high-performing engineering teams that make a massive impact on our product and industry. Your North Star is to enable and drive towards the success of Privy’s business overall.

What you’ll do

  • Own long-term team outcomes and success of Privy’s product and business
  • Hold the team accountable to excellence in quality, throughput, and performance
  • Ensure the team is working on the right scope of work and projects, align decisions with business impact, and build interfaces with other parts of the org
  • Fill gaps as a player-coach; review PRs, write and review design docs, investigate incidents – stay close to the metal and reinforce our builder culture
  • Coach engineers towards growth and their career goals
  • Build a supportive, fun, motivating, celebratory team culture so that the team wins every week
  • Partner with the team’s Tech Lead and Product Manager to drive successful engineering and product outcomes
