Our partner is a fast-growing, venture-backed AI company transforming the commercial real estate industry. After raising over $100M in funding, the company recently evolved from a traditional sales-led SaaS motion into a product-led growth platform, allowing users to sign up directly and experience the product through a freemium model.
With a team of ~45 employees and rapid revenue growth, the company combines the speed and experimentation of an early-stage startup with the resources of a well-capitalized organization. Their team is deeply AI-forward and focused on leveraging automation, product innovation, and modern growth tactics to scale customer acquisition.
The Opportunity
Our partner is hiring a Founding Growth Hacker to help build and scale the company’s next generation growth engine. This is not a traditional media buying or lifecycle marketing role. Instead, they are looking for a highly creative, analytical, and technical operator who thrives on experimentation and unconventional growth strategies.
The ideal candidate will operate across multiple growth channels — from partnerships and affiliate ecosystems to lightweight AI-powered tools, online communities, and emerging acquisition channels. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys moving quickly, building systems independently, testing new ideas, and identifying scalable opportunities that drive product signups and user growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative growth experiments to increase product signups and customer acquisition
- Build and launch lightweight tools, landing pages, and AI-enabled workflows to support growth initiatives
- Identify and manage strategic partnerships, affiliate opportunities, and ecosystem relationships
- Explore community-driven growth channels including Reddit, creator ecosystems, niche online communities, and emerging AI networks
- Analyze acquisition metrics and optimize channel performance through experimentation and iteration
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Leadership to improve onboarding, conversion, and growth strategy
- Continuously evaluate and test new acquisition channels and automation opportunities
- Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to improve execution speed and operational efficiency
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in growth, GTM, startup operations, experimentation-focused marketing, or related roles
- Prior startup experience required, ideally as an early employee or highly cross-functional operator
- Strong familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, and modern growth workflows
- Builder mentality with the ability to independently execute ideas and ship projects quickly
- Analytical and highly curious with a passion for growth experimentation and problem solving
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous startup environments
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Based in or willing to relocate to New York City; able to work in-office 4 days per week
