About the Role:
The Fitness Factory is looking for an energetic and passionate Marketing Brand Ambassador to join their team in Princeton, NJ! This is an exciting opportunity to be the face of a dynamic fitness brand, connecting with the community and inspiring others to live healthier lives. Responsibilities:
- Represent and promote The Fitness Factory at events and throughout the local community
- Engage with potential and existing customers to drive brand awareness and membership growth
- Create and share compelling content across social media platforms to amplify brand messaging
- Distribute marketing materials and execute grassroots outreach campaigns
- Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, and influencers to expand brand reach
- Gather customer feedback and report insights to management
- Attend and represent the brand at fitness events, pop-ups, and promotional activities
Requirements:
- Genuine passion for health, wellness, and fitness
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an outgoing personality
- Experience in marketing, brand promotion, sales, or a related field preferred
- Active presence on social media platforms with an ability to create engaging content
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in the field
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings for events
- Must be located in or near Princeton, NJ with reliable transportation
