About the role
The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a leading innovator
in property technology, and we are seeking to hire a motivated Solution Design
Engineer to join their team in Houston, TX.
This role combines technical expertise, solution design,
problem solving and customer engagement.
The Solution Design Engineer will support pre-sales
initiatives, develop customized technical solutions, and collaborate across
teams to ensure customer requirements are translated into effective, scalable
solutions that support successful sales and implementation.
Schedule: Full-Time | Exempt | On-Site
What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-sales technical support,
product demonstrations, and technical presentations - Assess customer requirements and design
tailored technical solutions - Partner with product development teams
to incorporate customer feedback into product improvements - Prepare technical documentation,
proposals, and sales materials - Serve as a trusted technical advisor
throughout the sales cycle - Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure
solution alignment and effective communication - Perform other duties and assignments as
required
What We Are Looking For
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s
degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related
field preferred - 3+
years of network design experience with Ruckus, Aruba, or Cisco Meraki
equipment - Experience
with Ekahau and Lucidchart preferred - Proficiency
in Microsoft Office, including Visio, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, OneDrive, and SharePoint
