Triunity Software is looking for a talented Mainframe Developer to join our growing team in Little Rock, AR! Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain mainframe applications and systems
- Write and optimize COBOL, JCL, and other mainframe-specific code
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve mainframe application issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Perform system testing, code reviews, and documentation
- Monitor mainframe performance and implement improvements as needed
- Support legacy system migrations and modernization initiatives
Requirements:
- Proven experience in mainframe development (COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, or similar)
- Strong understanding of z/OS or similar mainframe operating systems
- Experience with mainframe debugging tools and utilities (e.g., ISPF, SDSF)
- Ability to analyze and optimize batch processing and job scheduling
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
