Product Manager

Unlimited Service Group (USG) is seeking an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of FixIQ, one of our key strategic technology initiatives, from its current stage throughout its lifecycle.

This role requires a true product management mindset and demonstrates end-to-end product lifecycle ownership. The Product Manager will help determine what gets built, why it gets built, what gets prioritized, and how the product evolves based on customer needs, business value, adoption, and product performance.

This is not a traditional Project or Program Manager role. We are looking for someone who has personally owned and evolved a product — not simply managed its implementation, timeline, or deliverables.

What You'll Do

  • Own FixIQ's end-to-end product lifecycle, including strategy, roadmap, delivery, adoption, and continued evolution.

  • Lead customer-driven product discovery to understand user needs, challenges, and opportunities.

  • Develop and manage the product roadmap and backlog.

  • Translate customer and business needs into clear user stories, requirements, and feature priorities.

  • Make ongoing product tradeoff and prioritization decisions based on customer feedback, business value, and product performance.

  • Partner with technology, operations, field teams, and leadership to deliver meaningful product improvements.

  • Lead change management and product adoption efforts for new features and enhancements.

  • Measure product outcomes, adoption, and performance, using results and feedback to continuously improve the product.

  • Promote a product mindset focused on continuous value delivery, iterative learning, evolving priorities, and long-term lifecycle ownership.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven Product Management or Product Owner experience with end-to-end product lifecycle ownership.

  • Experience owning and evolving a product roadmap and backlog.

  • Hands-on experience with customer/user discovery, user stories, requirements definition, and feature prioritization.

  • Demonstrated ability to make product tradeoffs using customer feedback, business value, data, and product performance.

  • Experience measuring product adoption, outcomes, and success after launch.

  • Experience with change management and driving user adoption.

  • Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.

  • A collaborative, curious, low-ego approach with the ability to balance strategic thinking and practical execution.

What Will Make You Stand Out

We're especially interested in candidates who can clearly demonstrate a product they have personally owned through multiple stages of its lifecycle — from discovery and roadmap development through launch, adoption, measurement, and continued improvement.

If you're energized by understanding customers, making thoughtful product decisions, learning from results, and continuously improving a product over time, we'd love to hear from you.
