Analyst - Cybersecurity (Security Administration)Â

Shift: Monday to Friday – 2:00 PM to10:00 PMÂ
Position SummaryÂ
The Analyst - Cybersecurity (Security Administration) is responsible for supporting day-to-day identity and access administration activities across the organization. This role ensures users receive appropriate access to systems and resources in accordance with established security policies, approval processes, and service-level expectations.Â
The analyst works closely with Identity & Access Management (IAM), application teams, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to fulfill access requests, troubleshoot access issues, and support identity lifecycle processes.Â
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ

Process user access requests, modifications, and removals in accordance with established IAM processes and approvals.Â

Administer Active Directory accounts, security groups, distribution lists, and related access.Â

Support user onboarding, transfers, terminations, and other identity lifecycle events.Â

Perform manual provisioning and deprovisioning activities for applications and platforms that are not fully automated.Â

Investigate and resolve access-related incidents, service requests, and provisioning failures.Â

Validate appropriate approvals before granting or modifying access.Â

Support mailbox, group, and application access administration as required.Â

Monitor assigned ServiceNow requests and incidents to ensure timely completion within established SLAs.Â

Escalate provisioning failures, system issues, and access exceptions to the appropriate engineering or application teams.Â

Support periodic access reviews, audits, certifications, and remediation activities.Â
-
Maintain accurate documentation and evidence for access changes when required.Â
-
Follow established security standards, procedures, and segregation-of-duties requirements.Â

Identify opportunities to reduce manual processes through automation and process improvements.Â

Maintain knowledge articles, operational procedures, and support documentation.Â

Collaborate with global IAM and Security Administration teams to provide consistent access administration services.Â

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.Â

Experience supporting Identity & Access Management, Security Administration, IT operations, or a related technology function.Â

Understanding of identity lifecycle processes including joiners, movers, and leavers.Â

Familiarity with access control principles, least privilege, and security governance.Â

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.Â

Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a high-volume operational environment.Â

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established security procedures.Â

Effective written and verbal communication skills.Â
