Description of assignment

This internship is your chance to explore how Talent Management drives impact across an international business. You’ll collaborate closely with our Global Talent Management Team and gain hands-on experience in how we support and grow our people worldwide.

You won’t just be observing. You’ll be contributing to key talent processes and helping bring them to life. Your work will include areas such as employee experience, performance management, talent reviews, succession planning and development. You’ll also contribute to communication and project coordination while gaining insights into global HR practices.

Department description

You will be working as part of the Enabling Function Talent, Talent Acquisition and Learning (TTL), specifically within the Talent Management team. During your internship, you will connect with other HR colleagues globally and contribute to activities within the Talent Management team.

Tasks/responsibilities

  • Create communication for initiatives such as employee engagement
  • Use data and feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with project teams on action plans and follow-up
  • Support talent processes such as performance management and talent reviews
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects with other departments
  • Support communication and project coordination

 Your profile

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build connections across teams and cultures.
  • Confidence working with all the Microsoft Office tools, with the ability to analyse and present data clearly
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a dynamic environment
  • An interest in AI and how it can support your work
  • *Mandatory enrolment to a Dutch Education System & resident of The Netherlands

What we offer

  • A monthly internship allowance (based on a 40-hour work week):
    Bachelor: €500 per month
    Master: €550 per month
  • Full commuting allowance, including public transport, depending on whether you have access to free public transport or not
