The Role

Veeva Development Cloud is an industry-leading cloud platform featuring embedded AI capabilities and agents designed to maximize customer productivity. We are expanding our team with individuals who are eager to work hands-on with cutting-edge technology. In this role, you will partner directly with customers to ensure they realize the full value and capabilities of our solutions.

This is a full-time, permanent remote role with Veeva. This is a customer-facing role that is primarily done remotely with select travel for customer and internal events under 10%. Candidates must reside in Poland and possess full legal authorization to work.

What You'll Do

  • Drive Business Alignment: Engage directly with customer stakeholders to align their business processes with Veeva Vault’s core capabilities.
  • Serve as a Strategic Advisor: Translate complex business needs into practical, scalable solution designs while recommending industry best practices, mitigating risks, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Hands-On Solution Delivery: Lead requirements gathering, perform system configurations, and manage full-lifecycle build, test, and deployment activities.
  • Guide Platform Evolution: Help customers  evaluate, test, and adopt new Veeva product releases and cutting-edge features to maximize value.
  • Bridge Communication Gaps: Clearly articulate complex technical and functional concepts to audiences of varying technical backgrounds, seamlessly connecting customer stakeholders with internal teams.
  • Ensure Long-Term Success: Establish strategies, monitor cross-project dependencies, and proactively advise customers on ongoing optimizations.
  • Foster Team Growth: Support team growth  by sharing expertise, providing constructive guidance, and encouraging continuous learning across the team.
  • Develop Expertise: You will be assigned to a product to build depth in Clinical,  Safety, Quality, or Regulatory.

    • Requirements

  • 8+ years of software or technology consulting or admin experience
  • Proven track record meeting with senior management and executives as a subject matter expert
  • Desire to be in role that involves self-directed organization and the ability to work independently across multiple customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to take complex customer and vendor concepts and articulate them to audiences of varying perception levels
  • Fluent in English

    3. A final conversation with our group's Senior Leader.
  • Once all interviews are complete, the manager will be in touch with a final decision. 

    • Compensation

  • Total compensation: 240,000 - 380,000 PLN
  • The total compensation range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential total compensation range for this role. Please note that actual total compensation may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position's total compensation may be composed of other types of compensation, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
