Your Impact
- Lead contaminated sites investigation, remediation, and environmental management projects from planning through completion.
- Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, resources, and technical deliverables while ensuring quality outcomes.
- Build and strengthen relationships with clients, regulators, and project stakeholders.
- Prepare proposals, technical reports, and innovative environmental solutions that help clients achieve their objectives.
- Mentor and support the development of junior and intermediate environmental professionals.
- Champion a strong culture of health, safety, and environmental stewardship across all project activities.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex environmental and sustainability challenges.
- Identify opportunities for growth and contribute to the continued success of the Earth & Environment practice.
The Skills That Set You Apart
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Geoscience, Biology, or a related discipline.
- Professional designation (P.Eng., P.Geo., RPBio., or equivalent) or eligibility to obtain registration.
- 10+ years of environmental consulting experience with a focus on contaminated sites assessment and remediation.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects, including budgeting, scheduling, client communication, and resource planning.
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, contaminated sites legislation, and industry best practices.
- Proven ability to prepare technical reports, proposals, and client-facing deliverables.
- Strong field experience with a demonstrated commitment to health and safety excellence.
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel as required.

MB & ON: $95,000 - $130,800
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $94,100 - $124,900
