About the role

The Role:

 

WTW is seeking an experienced Power BI / Microsoft Fabric Developer to support the BI Analytics Reporting team in delivering enterprise reporting and analytics solutions. This role will focus on designing and developing Power BI dashboards/semantic models supporting Finance, HR, and Marketing teams. 

 

Principle Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models that provide actionable insights to business users. 

  • Develop and maintain data solutions using Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse and Warehouse. 

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective data models and visualizations. 

  • Build and optimize Power BI datasets, DAX calculations, and Power Query transformations. 

  • Integrate Power BI solutions with Azure Data Lakehouse, Fabric Lakehouse/Warehouse, and Azure Synapse environments. 

  • Perform data modeling and data analysis to ensure high-quality and performant analytics solutions. 

  • Optimize existing reports and dashboards for performance, scalability, and usability. 

  • Support enhancements and troubleshooting within the existing reporting environment. 

  • Follow established development standards, governance practices, and devops processes. 

  • Collaborate with data engineers and database teams to ensure data integrity and consistency.
