- The Person: Define and drive digital sales strategy, run campaigns and A/B tests, optimise website SEO and conversion, work with IT scrum teams on web projects, and track KPIs and post-implementation results.
- Requirements: Experience with A/B testing, conversion and sales journey optimization, traffic analysis, Google Analytics, Power BI and Data Studio is required.
Job Description
Responsibilities: Define and drive the strategy to enable growth of Digital-Originated Sales for AXA, both for pure online and online-to-offline sales, across AXA owned channels and 3rd party channels, in line with overall Business and Digital strategy Define and track campaigns and promotions plan as well as relevant triggers to animate the Digital Sales Channels, working in close collaboration with Business Units, Marketing, Digital and Data teams Drive the adoption of emerging AI to modernize the reporting of Digital-Originated Sales results for AXA across all channels, emphasizing key success factors and campaign performance. Lead the practice of regular AB testing for the Website & eCommerce team, seeking for continuous optimization and driving better results on Digital Sales channels Responsible for website performance optimization through SEO Work with IT scrum teams to implement web projects/tasks/ad-hoc project to boost engagement usage and sales conversion on our Website and Digital Sales channels Measure and track success of reengineering and efficiency enhancement projects through formal post-implementation reviews and continuous monitoring of defined KPIs Other tasks or duties as assigned by Senior Management. Qualifications: 3-5 years of successful experience in Digital field, with a background in Online Sales Management and/or Digital Product Ownership experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Analysis/ Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience in Insurance or Financial Services industry is preferred Knowledge of driving A/B testing, manage conversion, sales journey optimization, traffic analysis, and reporting tools Strong data analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
