Job Description:
A Strategy Director is the day-to-day strategy lead across a brand(s). They are responsible for making sure the agency delivers on its client commiitments and strategy deliverables. They are trusted partners to senior clients, CDs, ADs and agency partner leads.
Trusted client, creative, and account leadership partner and advisor.
Strong writer: foundational brand and social strategies, briefs, cases, presentations.
Demonstrates strong business and research acumen.
Adept in a range of research and data approaches to arrive consistently at business, audience and cultural solutions.
Thought leadership: helps agency and client teams understand what’s next in their categories, in culture, in advertising.
Guide effective creative development, from briefing through measurement.
Comfortable gaining the trust of clients, experience across a range of verticals.
Strong support/management of less experienced strategists that helps them perform at their best.
Comfortablle leading a team across multiple projects.
