Senior Growth Marketing Manager, ConnectivityÂ
Are you ready to make an impact at the world’s largest online travel platform? Our marketing team is forward-thinking and high-energy, so we look for people who flourish in a dynamic environment and who are not afraid to roll up their sleeves. Our team is based worldwide, and we thrive on the impact we deliver to Expedia Group’s business.Â
As the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Connectivity, you will lead our two-sided go-to-market model, driving Connectivity Provider API adoption on one side and Supply Partner (hotel and vacation rental) usage on the other. You will own growth marketing for Connectivity across the provider and property audiences, from awareness through GA adoption and opportunity capture, and deliver against a quarterly planning and release cadence run in partnership with Product Marketing. This role provides an excellent career growth opportunity, deepening your marketing, account-based marketing (ABM) and people leadership skills with the industry’s largest connectivity providers.Â
This position collaborates with many internal departments, including Product Marketing (PMM), Field Enablement, Hotel Partner Marketing, VR Partner Marketing, Business Programs, Analytics and Digital Operations, to gather intelligence, define plans, and implement programs that increase provider adoption, partner usage and business growth.Â
What you'll do:Â
- Own and evolve Connectivity Marketing’s two-sided GTM model, balancing Provider Adoption and Supply Partner Use across the Awareness, Pilot and GA phases Â
- Lead API adoption, usage and opportunity-capture initiatives, translating provider readiness, ADP revenue signal and partner cohort mapping into scaled marketing programsÂ
- Determine marketing strategy to accomplish Connectivity’s commercial objectives, flexing as requiredÂ
- Build and run the new 1:1 ABM approach for top strategic connectivity providers, and oversee differentiated marketing solutions across CPP Elite/Preferred and long-tail cohortsÂ
- Partner with Hotel Marketing and VR Marketing to plan and execute cross-LOB Shared Bets, moving oppy capture from ad hoc requests to structured, plan-led campaigns direct to supply partnersÂ
- Lead Connectivity’s quarterly GTM planning and release cadence in partnership with Product Marketing (PMM) and Business Programs, translating Connectivity XLT priorities into a predictable delivery rhythm partners can plan againstÂ
- Establish dependable working relationships with stakeholders, including executive (VP+) level, and build rapport to become a trusted business partnerÂ
- Influence senior leaders, stakeholders and peers to manage initiatives end-to-end successfully, moving others to a preferred alternative where requiredÂ
- Partner with Analytics to define and report on account-tiered success metrics (engagement, product/API adoption, commercial impact) and present clear, actionable recommendationsÂ
Who you are:Â
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or a related field; or equivalent related professional experienceÂ
- 8+ years marketing experienceÂ
- Experience developing and implementing successful B2B partner marketing campaigns and programs at scale, ideally across a multi-audience or two-sided GTM modelÂ
- Experience building or running account-based marketing (ABM) programs for strategic, high-value accountsÂ
- Strong written communication and visual storytelling, with the ability to translate complex product or API concepts into partner-facing narrativesÂ
- Solid understanding of marketing channel mix (email, webinar, Seismic/self-serve, partner-internal comms) and how to sequence channels across a partner lifecycleÂ
- Comfortable operating in a quarterly planning cadence, balancing committed delivery with a rolling look-ahead signalÂ
- Ability to work effectively cross-functionally across Product Marketing, Field Enablement, Hotel/VR Marketing, Commercial and AnalyticsÂ
- Strong data analysis and insight development skills; able to define and defend success metrics (adoption, usage, commercial impact) to executive stakeholdersÂ
- Message Gears or Salesforce Marketing Cloud email system experience is a plusÂ
- Preference for previous experience working in a role with a global remitÂ
