Job SummaryÂ
Equinix's Talent Intelligence team drives data-informed hiring strategies through research into talent markets, emerging skill trends, sourcing landscapes, workforce capabilities, and more.Â
As an AI / ML Enablement Intern, you'll be embedded in a research-oriented environment where data, AI, and automation are core to how the team operates. Your work will span gathering and aggregating talent data, exploring and implementing AI and ML tools, and building the dashboards and workflows that help the team scale its insights. This is a great fit for someone who is equally comfortable digging into research and getting hands-on with technology to solve real problems.Â
ResponsibilitiesÂ

Proactively identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in existing team workflows / processes, and develop recommendations for how automation, AI, or process redesign can address themÂ

Design and build intake forms and structured workflows to streamline how research requests are submitted and trackedÂ

Research, evaluate, and pilot AI and ML tools to enhance team workflows and operationsÂ

Build automations to reduce manual, repetitive tasks across team research and reporting processesÂ

Aggregate and synthesize talent intelligence data from multiple sources to support research into hiring trends, emerging skill sets, sourcing landscapes, competitor activity, and moreÂ

Translate research and data into clear dashboards and visual summaries tailored to various audiences including Â
QualificationsÂ

Available to work full-time through the entire duration of the internship program (June 1st to August 21st, 2026)Â

Currently enrolled in an accredited college / university program in information systems, analytics, data science, computer science, business, or a related fieldÂ

Comfortable working with data:Â gathering, structuring, and translating it into clear, digestible outputsÂ

Familiarity with AI and automation tools, and a curiosity for exploring how they can be applied to real business problemsÂ

Demonstrated ability to take initiative by identifying problems and pursuing solutions without waiting to be directedÂ

Hands-on experience or coursework in process improvement, workflow design, or operational problem-solving is a plusÂ
