About the role
We are seeking a leadership-focused Manager to oversee our on-site team of Manufacturing Engineers (MEs) and Operations Program Managers (OPMs) embedded at our Contract Manufacturer (CM) facility. In this role, you will be the ultimate owner of factory floor execution, technical health, and delivery timelines for our high-volume server and rack hardware infrastructure. You will manage the relationship with senior CM leadership, clear roadblocks for your team, and ensure that our technical and operational standards are met with zero compromise.
