readiness across Brand, Creative, Production, Product, E-Commerce,
Partnerships, Wholesale, and channel teams.

UNRL is
building an omnichannel marketing organization to support the next phase of
growth across direct-to-consumer, wholesale, partnerships, licensed programs,
and brand initiatives. This role will build the structure, visibility, and
accountability needed to scale the volume and complexity of work without
slowing the team down.

Responsibilities

  • Own the master marketing calendar
across brand campaigns, product launches, collaborations, partnerships,
retail/wholesale initiatives, and key company moments.

  • Build and manage campaign workbacks
with clear milestones, owners, dependencies, approval points, and launch
    requirements.

  • Lead marketing intake,
prioritization, and resource planning to ensure new requests are properly
scoped and aligned against team capacity and business priorities.

  • Manage cross-functional dependencies
across Marketing, Creative, Production, Product, E-Commerce, Sales/Wholesale,
    and external partners.

  • Own the Marketing team's project
management system, workflows, documentation, templates, and reporting,
    including Monday.com.

  • Provide leadership with clear
visibility into priorities, capacity, project status, risks, and competing
    demands across the marketing portfolio.

  • Lead campaign kickoffs, status
meetings, key handoffs, and launch-readiness reviews while keeping
    communication focused and actionable.

  • Identify risks and bottlenecks early,
drive resolution, and escalate decisions when priorities, resources, or
    timelines are at risk.

  • Partner closely with Product &
Campaign, Creative, and Production leads while maintaining clear functional
    ownership and accountability.

  • Continuously improve how Marketing
operates by simplifying processes, strengthening accountability, and creating
    greater speed and visibility.

  • Lead campaign retrospectives and
translate learnings into improvements for future launches.

What Success Looks Like

  • Create one clear source of truth for
marketing priorities, timelines, ownership, and launch status.

  • Improve on-time execution across
campaigns and launches by surfacing dependencies and risks earlier.

  • Establish clear operating rhythms and
accountability without adding unnecessary process or bureaucracy.

  • Enable Creative, Production,
Campaign, and channel teams to spend more time executing their core
responsibilities and less time coordinating work.

  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships and create alignment across
Marketing, Product, E-Commerce, Wholesale, and other business functions.

Success Measures:

  • On-time campaign and product launch
    execution

priorities, and create accountability without direct authority.
  • Experience building scalable workflows, operating rhythms,
and project-management systems for fast-moving teams.
