This role places you at the center of a global integration and automation platform that powers mission-critical systems for thousands of enterprises. You will act as a high-level technical troubleshooter, resolving complex customer issues across APIs, integrations, and cloud environments. Working in a follow-the-sun support model, you ensure continuity across global regions while maintaining momentum on critical incidents. You will investigate root causes across distributed systems, engage with advanced integration scenarios, and help customers maximize platform reliability.
